At urban locations in our cities of interest in EMEA, America and Asia, the Development division of KAIZEN PROPERTIES is creating new living space and commercial properties with solid returns, either alone or in joint ventures with partners.
The portfolio ranges from owner-occupied apartments for private buyers to entire sections for global investors, right through to innovative office buildings and the development of hotel sites.

We provide comprehensive property development services along the entire value chain. This includes the acquisition of construction land for development and construction in main European cities. We monitor construction and planning rights, obtain construction permits and monitor the development of the land across all asset classes. We assume responsibility for the construction management, both in the construction of new buildings and in renovations and leasehold improvements for customers’ existing properties or for personal investments. On request, we undertake technical due-diligence surveys and consultations with asset management and leasing experts. Customer management and sales management for owner-occupied apartments are also in good hands with us.
